Once you place an order, our team gets to work right away. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your items. We process orders during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time), and any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.
Right now, we’re focused on serving customers within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses directly from our website.
For every order, we offer free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is needed. We partner with a few reliable carriers—such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS—and choose the most suitable one based on your location and the package size. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. These timeframes are estimates and might shift slightly during peak seasons or due to weather, but we’ll do our best to keep things on track.
A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. That way, you can follow your package every step of the way.
